Hoyle Consulting is pleased to announce that Cynthia Hoyle has been honored by being elected to the College of Fellows of the American Insitute of Certified Fellows. The American Institute of Certified Planners is the professional institute of the American Planning Association. She will be inducted at the Fellows of the AICP Induction Ceremony on April 10, 2010 at the 2010 APA National Planning Conference.
